After successfully grabbing the attention of the European Commission with the results of their most recent survey, members of TEI’s EMEA Chapter and International Tax Committee, in cooperation with the European Business Initiative on Taxation, were given another opportunity to provide feedback on country-by-country reporting (CbCR) and the latest European Union directive on administrative cooperation (DAC6). This second survey, titled “Decluttering with focus on EU Public CbCR & DAC6,” looks at issues surrounding financial data disclosure, competitiveness, costs, filing, and more.
The additional effort to engage with the European Commission and gather further TEI member feedback was spearheaded by longtime TEI member and former president of the EMEA Chapter, Ralf Thelosen of Citco.
