TEI hosted its third annual Ethics CPE for Tax Professionals Webinar Series, December 10–11, providing in-house tax professionals with an opportunity to earn 2025 ethics CPE credits before year-end while strengthening their understanding of today’s most pressing ethical challenges.

The series covered timely ethics topics, including accounting method decisions, the use of AI in tax and finance, professional and regulatory standards, and the importance of transparency and professional responsibility.

Together, the sessions reinforced the importance of staying current on ethical standards, meeting regulatory expectations, and upholding professional integrity in an increasingly complex tax environment.

In addition to the live webinar series, TEI introduced a new self-study ethics offering for professionals who may have missed the live programming or need additional ethics CPE. In-House Ethics Questions: 5 Answers You Should Know From Circular 230 is TEI’s first on-demand e-learning ethics course, offering 1.0 ethics CPE credit. It’s available for purchase now through the TEI Learning Hub. Visit www.tei.org/events-education/demand-learning.

TEI thanks all speakers and participants for contributing to the success of this year’s Ethics CPE series and looks forward to continuing to support the ethical and professional development of the in-house tax community through future programs.
