TEI Region 9 held its Annual Conference April 29–May 1 at the Crowne Plaza Cabana Hotel in Palo Alto, California. Ellen MacMillan, Region 9 vice president, gave welcome remarks, and Sage Eastman of Mehlman Consulting opened the conference with a topical session, Whiplash! Managing a Taxing Political Environment in Washington as the Nation Lurches Left, Right, and Back Again.
