The Dallas and Fort Worth Chapters hosted the Dallas Tax School Conference April 21–22 at the Hilton Arlington in Arlington, Texas.

The two-day program included an impressive lineup of national and local speakers. Past TEI International President Sandhya Edupuganty moderated the opening plenary on the Future of Tax in the Metroplex with Big Four leaders. Dallas Chapter Representative and Chapter Vice President Julia Lagun hosted a fireside chat with former IRS Commissioner Charles Rettig. Dallas Chapter President Jared Guidry and TEI Tax Counsel Kelly Madigan gave a lunchtime Institute update. Guidry also moderated A View From the Hill—U.S. Legislative Update with leading tax policy experts.

Attendees also had a fun evening at the Texas Rangers baseball game at suites hosted by Crux and King & Spalding.

Special thanks to Guidry for his highly successful conversion of the historic Dallas Tax School into a comprehensive conference, to Emily Ibrahim for her work in making the conference run smoothly, and to all of the member volunteers and sponsors for their support.
