On April 23 and 24, TEI’s EMEA Chapter held its Spring Meeting in Munich, Germany.
EMEA Chapter President Gaia Fraschetti kicked off the meeting on Thursday morning, which was graciously hosted by McDermott, Will & Schulte at the firm’s Munich office. Thursday was the traditional Chapter Day, which included updates from the chapter and the chairs of the Direct Tax and Indirect Tax Committees and ended with the ever-popular member roundtable discussion of direct and indirect tax issues.
Education Day on Friday featured engaging presentations and discussions from McDermott personnel from around Europe and the United States on indirect and direct tax topics.
The EMEA Chapter’s Fall Meeting is scheduled to take place in London in November.
